Chief Marketing Officer at Insightly

Chip House is currently the Chief Marketing Officer at Insightly. Chip has held this position since May of 2020. Prior to joining Insightly, they were the Chief Marketing Officer at SharpSpring from May of 2020 to October of 2021. There, they partnered with the sales team and was responsible for revenue retention across all Salesforce Marketing Cloud customer segments. Chip also led teams that were responsible for customer marketing, product marketing, and customer engagement via email and mobile marketing, communities, and advisory boards. In addition, they were the marketing owner of customer retention across all verticals and segments. At SharpSpring, Chip House was responsible for designing and delivering engaging and inspirational customer events, stories, and education to optimize customers' experience and to inspire them to harness the power of digital marketing. Their focus is on customer experience, voice-of-customer, and creating customer loyalty and advocacy.

Before joining SharpSpring, Chip House served as an advisor at Structural from April of 2017 to November of 2020. Prior to that, they were the Chief Marketing Officer at Four51, Inc. from July of 2015 to April of 2017. Before joining Four51, they served as the VP, Customer Relationship Marketing, Salesforce Marketing Cloud at Salesforce from July of 2013 to June of 2015. And before joining Salesforce, they served as the VP, Industry & Relationship Marketing at ExactTarget from July of 2001 to June of 2013.

Chip House has a BA in Economics and Management from St. Olaf College, and they have completed MBA credits in Marketing from St. Thomas University.

Their manager is Anthony Smith, CEO, Founder. They work with David Osborne - Chief Sales Officer, Greg Lazar - FP&A Manager, and Karl Laughton - President and Chief Operating Officer.
