Christina Dawson

Christina Dawson is an experienced Learning Experience Designer at Insights since November 2025, with a diverse background in consulting and team leadership roles across various organizations. Prior to this position, Christina worked at Imparta as a Sales Performance Consultant, Principal Consultant, and Project Manager from July 2022 to November 2025. Christina held the position of CLS UK L&D Team Leader at Computershare from October 2021 to July 2022, after serving as a Learning Specialist at Computershare Loan Services from April 2018 to November 2021. Earlier in Christina’s career, roles included Mortgage Advisor at Virgin Money, Mortgage Consultant at CMS UK Ltd, and Financial Consultant at Lloyds Bank, among others. Christina's educational background includes A Levels in English, Psychology, and Human Biology from South Tyneside College, alongside GCSE qualifications from Jarrow School and further studies in finance.
