Nicholas Lea

Nicholas Lea's work experience began in 2003 at QBE Insurance as a Change Manager. Nicholas then transitioned to Telstra in 2004 and continued their role as a Change Manager. In 2005, they became a Practice Leader - Change Management at RWD. During the same year, they also served as a Non-Executive Director at Darrell Lea Chocolate Shops Pty Ltd. From 2007 to 2012, Nicholas worked as an Organisational Change and Training Manager at Stockland Group. In 2012, they joined Ashurst as a Senior Change Manager. In 2013, they worked as a Business Change Manager at the NSW Department of Family and Community Services and Housing. At the same time, they also held the positions of Senior Change Practice Manager and Senior Change Manager, Transformation Program at AMP from 2013 to 2016. From 2017 to 2019, Nicholas held the role of Change Portfolio Lead at AMP. Currently, they are employed at Insignia Financial as a Wealth Portfolio Change Lead since 2019.

Nicholas Lea pursued their education with dedication and achieved notable qualifications in various fields. From 1981 to 1987, they attended St Ignatius College, Riverview, where they completed their Higher School Certificate (HSC). Following this, from 1988 to 1991, they enrolled in the University of Sydney and obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree, majoring in History. Not allowing their academic pursuits to stagnate, Nicholas continued their education and enrolled in the AGSM @ UNSW Business School from 1996 to 2000. Here, they successfully completed an Executive Masters of Business Administration (E.M.B.A), focusing on Strategy and Organisational Change. Through their commitment, Nicholas Lea demonstrated an eagerness to develop their expertise and make substantial contributions to their chosen fields of study.
