Kavitha Manley

Kavitha Manley has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles in the field of talent acquisition. Kavitha began their career as a Marketing Executive at Times of India in 2001. Kavitha then moved on to Bristol-Myers Squibb as a Recruitment Consultant, where they were involved in various aspects of recruitment. Kavitha later joined Schering-Plough as a Corporate Recruiter, focusing on the recruitment of pharmaceutical professionals. In 2007, Kavitha joined Novo Nordisk, Inc. as a Recruiter, providing recruitment support for marketing, business development, and sales positions. Kavitha then worked as a Senior Recruiting Consultant at Bausch & Lomb, before joining Johnson & Johnson as a Talent Identification Consultant for a brief period. Kavitha then joined Celgene, where they held roles as a Senior Recruiter and later as a Manager of Talent Acquisition. Currently, they are working at Insmed Incorporated as the Director of Talent Acquisition.

Kavitha Manley completed their MBA in Business Administration from Bharathiar University from 1998 to 2000.
