Thùy Dương (Tracy) is an accomplished Human Resources professional with extensive experience in various roles. Currently serving as Human Resources Manager at Nexttech Group of Technopreneurs since February 2017, Thùy Dương has a strong background in recruitment and manpower planning, having previously worked as an HR Specialist at Sumitomo Heavy Industries (Vietnam) from April 2015 to February 2017. Earlier experience includes the position of Assistant Manager cum Recruiting and Training at Vietbay from September 2012 to March 2015, where responsibilities involved contract management and project monitoring.
