Maya Doron

Maya Doron currently holds the position of Head of People and Talent at insoundz, where the focus is on utilizing AI to enhance audio experiences for enterprises and podcasters, since February 2024. Prior to this role, Maya was a Talent Acquisition Manager and HRBP at DataRails, contributing to the Fintech startup environment from March 2021 to July 2022. Maya led People Operations at Loox, an e-commerce marketing solution provider, from September 2018 to April 2020, supporting over 40,000 entrepreneurs worldwide. Earlier experiences include pre-internship positions in labor law at several law firms, HR Admin & Assistant VP HR at Elad Software Systems, customer service management at קידום-לך תצטיין, and serving as an onsite hostess for Kenes Group, managing teams during international conferences. Maya holds an LLB in Law and a bachelor's degree in Communications and Political Science from Bar-Ilan University.
