Patti Manning

Patti Manning is an experienced human resources professional with over 25 years in various HR roles. Currently serving as a Senior Human Resources Specialist at Insperity since March 2021, Patti partners with middle market clients to enhance human capital management and operational performance. As the Founder and Owner of Mannerations since 2005, Patti developed a modern etiquette training business aimed at educating children and adults. Previous roles include HR Operations/Employee Relations Specialist at NetLine Corporation and Career and Education Advisor for the Council for Adult and Experiential Learning (CAEL). Patti's extensive background also includes significant positions at AT&T and the American Cancer Society, focusing on employee relations, training, and information services management. Patti holds a Bachelor of Arts from Rutgers University, a Master in Public Administration from Rutgers University - Newark, and multiple HR certifications, including Senior Professional Human Resources and Senior Professional in Human Resources certifications.
