Steven Weintraub

Steven Weintraub is an accomplished culinary professional with extensive experience in food service management, fine dining, hotel restaurant management, and high-volume catering. Currently serving as Executive Chef at Inspīr Senior Living since October 2023, Steven has held several prominent positions, including Sr. Executive Chef at Chartwells Higher Education Dining Services and Executive Chef at Flying Food Group. Notable prior roles include Director of Culinary Services/Executive Chef at Atria Senior Living and Executive Chef/GM at Lessing's Hospitality Group. Steven also has experience as an Adjunct Professor of Culinary Arts at Kingsborough Community College and as a Culinary Chef Instructor at The Center for Kosher Culinary Arts/Sur La Table. With a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from Brooklyn College, Steven is recognized for comprehensive knowledge of international cuisine and an innovative approach to customized dining experiences.
