Rebecca Toptas is a dedicated professional in the field of psychological support and counselling, currently serving as a Volunteer Counsellor at Aberdeen Foyer and Cairns Counselling. At Aberdeen Foyer, Rebecca provides psychological therapy to enhance the mental health of prisoners at HMP Grampian, while at Cairns Counselling, the focus is on utilizing a person-centred approach to assist clients with their emotional wellbeing.
