Position Overview
The Corporate Communications Coordinator will play a critical role in managing E3
Lithium's public communication and overall communication strategies. This position
requires a creative and strategic thinker with excellent communication skills and the
ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. The successful candidate will be
responsible for developing and executing communication strategies and plans,
coordinating all external and internal communication, creating content, and fostering
relationships with media and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Communications Coordination: Serve as the central coordinator for the
    company's communications, ensuring consistency and proper execution across
    all external-facing groups.

  • Content Curation: Collaborate with internal teams to develop and maintain
    consistent content for various communication channels, including press
    releases, newsletters, social media, stakeholder engagement materials, and the
    company website.

  • Strategy Development: Develop and implement comprehensive communication
    strategies and execution plans to enhance and protect E3 Lithium's reputation
    and brand.

  • Media Relations: Coordinate and manage media relations, including drafting
    responses to media inquiries and organizing press conferences.

  • Trend Monitoring: Monitor industry trends and media coverage to identify
    opportunities for proactive communication.

  • Event Support: Support the planning and execution of corporate events, including
    investor meetings and public engagements.

  • Crisis Communication: Assist in crisis communication planning and response.

  • Materials Management: Maintain and update the company’s suite of standing
    communication materials and media contact lists.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related
    field.

  • At least 3-5 years of experience in corporate communications or public relations.

  • Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills.

  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.

  • Experience with social media management and content creation.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Knowledge of the lithium industry or resource sector is an asset.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced
    environment.
