Sawhorse Interactive is searching for an Associate Marketing Manager to join our mission of growing a leading studio that pushes the boundaries of immersive experience gameplay.

Looking for an enthusiastic Associate Marketing Manager to support and lead Go-to-Market campaigns for branded custom-built UGC metaverse game/experiences and extend the reach of our brand partners across social and digital channels. The primary focus is Roblox but the role will grow into all top platforms in the metaverse and web3 space. You will play a pivotal role in leading and overseeing the execution of Go-to-Market campaigns for the marketing department as the company continues to build best-in-class experiences for the biggest brands, artists, and film and TV titles in the world. Knowledge of all major UGC gaming and metaverse platforms is key.     

This position requires a strong strategic mindset, a track record of organization and ownership, the ability to take initiative and anticipate needs, leadership experience, exceptional communication skills, and a passion for gaming and emerging media.

Responsibilities

  • Manage execution of 360 Go-to-Market campaigns and oversee Marketing Coordinator(s)
  • Support on budget management for marketing campaigns, ensuring goals are met
  • Innovate and build internal and cross functional pipelines to streamline workflows
  • Partner with teams in Marketing, Creative, and Post-Production to drive alignment between asset development and performance marketing strategy
  • Oversee and foster relationships with key vendors and influencers
  • Own paid media strategies and reporting across core advertising platform
  • Support and lead on development of key marketing strategies
  • Oversee Community Manager and help craft narratives and strategies that connect to main campaigns
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, gaming culture, and emerging media, particularly in relation to Roblox and the metaverse
