Alejandra Medina Cordua

Alejandra Medina Cordua is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in service delivery and site management. Currently serving as Vice President of Service Delivery and Site Director at Inspiro since September 2018, Alejandra previously held the position of Site Director at SPi CRM from November 2014 to September 2018. Earlier roles include Project Manager at Accedo Technologies and Business Development Manager at Almori BPO Services, S.A. Additionally, Alejandra worked as an Investment Advisor for PRONicaragua focusing on the contact center and BPO sectors.
