Collin Yen

Collin Yen serves as the Director of Engineering for Shoppers at Instacart, leading a team of approximately 60 engineers and overseeing the platform utilized by hundreds of thousands of shoppers daily. Prior experience includes positions at LinkedIn, where Collin progressed from Software Engineer to Senior Engineering Manager, significantly expanding teams and managing large-scale projects such as the development of the hashtag ecosystem. Additional roles include founder and CEO of a mobile application startup, various engineering internships, and a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from UCLA, graduating Summa Cum Laude.
