Marchelle E. Moore

Marchelle E. Moore has a diverse work experience that spans across various industries and roles. Marchelle E. is currently an Independent Corporate Director at Installed Building Products, a Member at Women Corporate Directors Foundation, and a Member at Chief. In their previous roles, they served as the SVP, External Affairs, Chief Diversity Officer & President of the Encova Foundation of Ohio at Encova Insurance, where they led efforts to create an inclusive atmosphere and promote diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging (DEIB). Marchelle E. also held the role of SVP, Chief Legal Officer & Corporate Secretary, where they were responsible for corporate governance and served as a board director for four companies within the Encova Insurance Group. Prior to Encova Insurance, Marchelle held positions at CampusParc, Central Ohio Transit Authority, Capital University Law School, Franklin County Court of Common Pleas, and Columbus City Attorney's Office, where they gained experience in legal and government affairs, labor relations, strategic human resources, and legal research.

Marchelle E. Moore has a Juris Doctor degree from The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts in English from The Ohio State University. In terms of certifications, they are a Certified Diversity and Inclusion Professional from HR University, as well as possessing an Ohio State Bar License obtained from the Supreme Court of Ohio.
