Florence Oberholzer

Florence Oberholzer is an experienced manager and consultant with a strong background in development economics and project management. Currently serving as a Manager at Instiglio since February 2021, Florence leads teams on Morocco-based projects and supports strategic communications and fundraising efforts. Previous roles include an ODI Fellow, where significant contributions were made to the Freetown City Council and the Ministry of Finance, and a Research Associate at Harvard University, focusing on randomized control trials. Florence holds an MPhil in Economics from the University of Oxford and a BA in Economics, Mathematics, and International Relations from McGill University. Additional experience includes internships at the Costa Rican Permanent Mission to the UN and various research positions in development and conflict economics.
