Product Support Specialist at Instinct Science

Nick Monticello has been working in the technology field since 2013. Nick began their career as a Help Desk Specialist with Ceres Technology Group, Inc. in 2013. In 2014, they moved to Krayden, Inc. as an ICT Support Engineer, where they were responsible for system administration, supporting Mitel phone systems, cellular devices, servers, Office 365, Azure, and other technology related tasks. In 2017, they took on the role of Manager of Data Insights with Charter Communications, where they were responsible for daily tier 5/6 support of backend/frontend systems for the Spectrum TV and TVE platforms, as well as providing operational support to internal teams for all escalated Spectrum TV and TVE issues. Nick is currently employed as a Product Support Specialist with Instinct Science since 2022.

Nick Monticello is a self-taught individual. In August 2017, they obtained a Splunk Certified User certification from Splunk.
