Rachel Coulter

Rachel Coulter has a long history of work experience in the Human Resources and Administrative fields. In 2021, they began working as a Human Resources Generalist and Special Projects Coordinator and Billing Coordinator for Instinct Science. From 2017 to 2021, they worked at Lap of Love Veterinary Hospice as a Technical Implementation Specialist and Executive Assistant. In this role, they were responsible for the implementation of new onboarding veterinarians and market areas into Lap of Love's practice management software and webpages, as well as coordinating and moderating webpage memorials and testimonials. From 2009 to 2017, they worked at Coral Springs Animal Hospital as an Office Administrator, Assistant Manager, and Primary Care Manager/Insurance Coordinator. In these roles, they managed the administration of operations and provided full support for staff, managed volunteer/college student externship programs, delivered practice management seminars, and performed HR duties.

Rachel Coulter obtained their Bachelor of Science in Marine Biology from the University of New England in 2002. Rachel also holds a certification from the Human Animal Bond Research Institute (HABRI) in Human Animal Bond.
