Ivan Fabregat

Ivan Fabregat is an experienced geological technician currently serving as Técnico Superior 2 at the Institut Cartogràfic i Geològic de Catalunya since December 2019. Fabregat previously worked as a Ph.D. Student and PDI at Universidad de Zaragoza, focusing on sinkhole characterization and prediction techniques. Additionally, Fabregat had opportunities as a Visiting Ph.D. Student at Florida Atlantic University, researching Ground Penetrating Radar methods in the Everglades. Early career experiences include working in ecological agriculture and completing a Master's thesis on geological hazards. Fabregat holds a Doctorate in Geociencias from Universidad de Zaragoza, a Master's in Mineral Resources and Geological Hazards from Universitat de Barcelona, and a Bachelor's degree in Geology from Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona.
