Sébastien Rey

Sébastien Rey is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in IT and HR management across various sectors. Currently serving as the Chief Operating Officer at Institut Paoli-Calmettes since January 2020, Sébastien oversees multiple departments including Material and Digital Resources, Facilities Operations, Logistics, Procurement, and Information Systems. Prior to this role, Sébastien was the Chief Information Officer, leading IT and digital transformation initiatives in healthcare with a focus on IT security. Sébastien co-founded RS Business Services, specializing in IT consulting and HRIS management from October 2017 to January 2020. Earlier positions include Director of Global IT HR at Adecco Group, where Sébastien spearheaded global HR transformation and process harmonization, and roles at Deloitte, Plastic Omnium, and Orange France, demonstrating a strong background in program management and digital solutions. Educational credentials include a Master of Engineering in Computer Science from INSA Lyon and completion of the I3 Leadership Program at IMD.
