Bob Myers

Bob Myers is a seasoned human resources executive and consultant with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as a Senior Advisor at the Institute for Corporate Productivity (i4cp) since February 2023, Bob Myers provides executive advisory services to first-time CHROs. Previously, Bob Myers held the position of Senior Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer at Black Hills Corporation until retirement in April 2017, and has also served in significant HR roles at Devon Energy Corporation and Reebok International Ltd. Bob Myers's expertise encompasses strategic HR capability, talent management, and executive assessment, with a track record of influencing organizational success across multiple industries. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Industrial/Organizational Psychology and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology, both from the University of Nebraska at Omaha.
