Laura H. Baldwin

Laura Baldwin currently serves as Vice President of Research at the Institute for Defense Analyses, a position held since November 2022. Previously, Laura worked at the RAND Corporation from July 1994 to November 2022, where roles included Associate Director of the National Security Research Division, Senior Economist, Director of the Resource Management Program for Project AIR FORCE, and Associate Full Economist. Laura Baldwin holds a Doctor of Philosophy in Economics from Duke University and a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics from Furman University.
