Helen Flannery

Helen Flannery is currently serving as an Associate Fellow at the Institute for Policy Studies. Previously, Helen held positions such as Analytics Consultant and Product Manager at ROI Solutions, and Development Manager, Analytics at Blackbaud. With a Master of Science in Computer Information Systems from Boston University and a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Government from Brown University, their diverse experience includes roles such as Museum Assistant at the Weisman Art Museum and Information Systems Manager at The Nature Conservancy.
