Richard Pash serves as the UK Chief Customer Officer at Zurich Insurance Company Ltd since July 2016, where the organization is recognized as a leading multi-line insurer. Additionally, Richard holds the position of Vice President Customer Service at the Institute of Customer Service since October 2020. Between 1997 and 2004, Richard worked at Unilever as a UK/European Brand Manager for Cif, along with various marketing roles for brands such as Comfort, Persil, and Domestos. Richard earned a first-class MA degree in Chemistry from the University of Oxford from 1992 to 1996 and attended Exeter School for earlier education.
