Lydia Dicaprio

Lydia DiCaprio, PhD, is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in geoscience and research management. Currently serving as Team Lead and Research Project Manager at GNS Science since October 2021, Lydia oversees projects focusing on sustainable resources. Prior to this role, Lydia was a Research Program Coordinator at the University of Calgary from June 2016 to September 2021, managing a $6 million budget for geophysical and engineering research projects while fostering industry and academic collaborations. Lydia also held positions as a Geoscientist at ExxonMobil and Chevron, contributing to significant geoscience projects, including biostratigraphy and AVO modeling.
