Mercedes De Luis Andrés is a lecturer at Universität Klagenfurt and IFF Wien, focusing on the intersection of journalism and art through courses that include visual reportage. Currently serving as a senior scientist at the Austrian Academy of Sciences, Mercedes investigates the relationship between media change and political communication. A doctoral student, research includes a project on Eduard Hanslick's influence on music journalism.
