Lorena Silva

Lorena Silva is a dedicated mental health professional currently serving as a Care Manager III - Float at the Institute on Aging since August 2023. Previously, Lorena worked at USC TELEHEALTH as a Clinical Social Work Intern from January to December 2022, where responsibilities included providing virtual behavioral care, managing a diverse client range from ages 12 to 92, conducting psychosocial assessments, and implementing treatment plans utilizing evidence-based practices. Lorena holds a Master's degree in Social Work from the University of Southern California (2020-2023) and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from San Jose State University (2017-2020), complemented by a high school diploma from Carlmont High School (2014-2017).
