Carlos Ribeiro

Carlos Ribeiro is an accomplished professional in the field of wireless communications, serving as the Founder and CTO of TWEVO Technologies since September 2016, where innovative wireless solutions are developed for critical industrial applications. In addition to this role, Carlos Ribeiro has been a researcher at Instituto de Telecomunicações since October 1996, focusing on signal processing algorithms, and has been an Assistant Professor at Instituto Politécnico de Leiria since March 1997, teaching courses in Wireless Communications, Digital Signal Processing, and Digital Electronics. Carlos Ribeiro also served as an Entrepreneur in Residence at Carnegie Mellon Portugal Program in 2016 and previously founded Bluetel Lda, designing ultra-low power wireless solutions. Academic credentials include a PhD in Electronics Engineering from Universidade de Aveiro and both a Master's and Bachelor's degree from Universidade de Coimbra.
