Emad Elmaghraby

Emad Elmaghraby has had a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over several industries. Emad founded L3 LifeLongLearning and Consulting in 2024 and currently serves as the Founder and Chief Executive Officer. Prior to that, they worked at Insulet International as the Head of Clinical Education & Training, starting in 2022.

From 2013 to 2021, they held several roles at GE Healthcare. These included Learning & Customer Education Director - Eastern Growth Markets, General Manager of Global Leadership Development & Clinical Education, Director of Training & Competency Development - Multiple Regions, and Director of Medical Education - Eastern & African Growth Markets.

Emad also has experience working at Bayan for Human Development - Non-Governmental Charity Organization, where they served as the Founder from 2003 to 2021. Additionally, they worked at the American University in Dubai as an Adjunct Professor from 2006 to 2014.

Earlier in their career, they worked at Johnson & Johnson in various roles such as Regional Medical Education & Sales Training Manager - Middle East & Africa, Medical Education Manager - Middle East, Egypt & Pakistan, Regional Training Manager - Middle East, and Regional Marketing Manager - Middle East.

Emad Elmaghraby holds a Bachelor of Pharmacy (BPharm) degree from Cairo University, which was completed from 1992 to 1997. Emad then pursued a Sales & Marketing Certificate at The American University in Cairo from 2000 to 2002. Emad later obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus on International Business from the Maastricht School of Management, which was completed from 2002 to 2004. Finally, Emad completed their educational journey at the University of Phoenix, where they earned a Doctor of Business Administration (DBA) degree in Cultural Diversity Management from 2007 to 2021.
