Shweta Shetty

Shweta Shetty is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in data engineering, software development, and technical architecture. Currently serving as the Director of Data Engineering at Insulet Corporation since December 2020, Shweta also co-founded inPHYnity, an organization devoted to teaching high school physics and training students for international competitions. Previous roles include Technical Architect at Teradata, Principal Engineer at Gimbal, Inc., and Staff Software Engineer at Qualcomm, where Shweta emphasized cloud-first initiatives and agile principles. Shweta began a career in software development with positions at Advanced Technology Systems, Deccan International, and WIPRO Technologies, and has a solid educational background with a Master's degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Vanderbilt University and a Bachelor's degree in Electronics and Instrumentation from the University of Mumbai.
