Jose Luis Lanza Moure

Jose Luis Lanza Moure has over 20 years of work experience in various roles and positions. Jose Luis is currently working as a Claims Manager at Insurama since July 2022. Prior to that, they worked as a Consultant in Insurance Processes at Abai Group from July 2021 to July 2022.

From November 2019 to July 2022, Jose worked at AXA Seguros España, where they held two roles. Jose Luis was responsible for organizational development and was a Consultant in Organization from January 2019 to November 2019. In their role as Responsible for Organizational Development, they aligned the bank's strategy with organizational changes and proposed resource optimization changes. Jose Luis also managed a team of seven people.

Before joining AXA Seguros España, Jose worked at WiZink from April 2016 to January 2019 as the Director of Organizational Development - Lean Management Program. From January 2012 to April 2016, Jose worked at AXA Seguros Generales as a Lean Project Manager. Jose Luis was responsible for transforming the manager's role, reviewing processes for efficiency, and managing the activities of the insurance company. Jose Luis also managed a team of more than 20 people.

Before that, Jose held the role of Head of Claims - Liability, Litigation, and Serious Claims at AXA Seguros Generales from January 2009 to December 2011. Jose Luis managed liability, fire, and theft claims, as well as serious multi-risk claims with lawsuits. Jose Luis also participated in the design and implementation of the Autónomos project for home claims management.

Jose started their career as a Claims Handler at Allianz España from March 1999 to August 2001. Prior to that, they worked as Director of a Youth Center at Asociación Mensajeros de la Paz from March 1996 to February 1999.

Jose's early work experience includes working as a Specialist in Qualitative Market Research at Gabinete de Investigación Cualitativa Ángeles Perez from March 1994 to January 1996.

Jose Luis Lanza Moure completed their undergraduate education from 1990 to 1995 at the Universidad Complutense de Madrid, where they obtained a Licenciado degree in Sociology. Jose Luis later pursued further specialization in qualitative market research within the field of Industrial Sociology, also at the Universidad Complutense de Madrid. Additionally, Jose Luis has attained certifications in Sales and Business Value Architecture from Celonis, which were obtained in February and March of 2022, respectively.
