Kouji Kobayashi

Kouji Kobayashi is responsible for supervising a portion of the fire protection engineering staff at InSynergy Engineering, Inc. His experience includes the design of fire protection engineering and life safety analysis for both the public and private sectors as well as for the Department of Defense (e.g. Army, Air Force, Navy and Marine Corps) in Hawaii, Guam, Korea, Japan and other locations in the Pacific Basin. In addition, he previously served as the Authority Having Jurisdiction/Team Lead Reviewer for the Japan Engineering District for the Army Corps of Engineers.
