Allison Marty comes to ISL with over two decades of experience in senior living, and has held various leadership roles for both public and nonprofit organizations. As a multi-site operations leader, Allison excels in developing and managing game-changing strategies to drive major growth and initiatives.
Allison has provided leadership for ground-up construction projects, multimillion-dollar renovations, lease-ups and new acquisitions while simultaneously managing multiple communities. She has also managed complex issues on multiple fronts and navigated uncharted territories across business, political, legal and community groups.
She was a vital part of the opening of the first CCRC for the Los Angeles Jewish Home for the Aging, and most recently managed the retrofit of a 14-story former UCLA dormitory to a state-of-the-art independent living, assisted living and memory care licensed community.
Allison attended the University of Delaware, where she received a B.A. degree in sociology of health care with a concentration in gerontology.
