David Hardinger

David Hardinger has held a variety of positions in the technology industry, starting in 1988 as a Production Associate at Durel Corp. In the same year, they also began working as an Engineer Assistant- R&D and R&D Engineer Assistant at Rogers Corporation. In 2009, they were a Print Technician at Add-Vision, Inc. In 2010, they were a Manufacturing Process Engineer at Intematix Corp, where they were responsible for process development and program launch for Chromalit products, evaluated and procured equipment, developed process specifications, and designed production line from scratch. David also optimized equipment utilization and increased throughput while increasing yield to over 98%. In 2012, they were a Development Engineer at NthDegree Technologies, and from 2016 to present, they have been a Manufacturing Manager and Manager at Integrated Biometrics.

David Hardinger attended Phoenix Institute of Technology from 1986 to 1987, where they earned an Electronic Equip. Specialist degree in Electronic Components. Prior to that, they attended Utah State University from 1985 to 1986, studying Natural Science.
