Karen Hampton

Karen Hampton has worked in the Human Resources field since 1996. Karen began their career at Baxter Biotech, Division of Baxter Healthcare Corporation as a Senior Human Resources Representative. In 1998, they moved to Compaq Computer Corporation as a Human Resources Manager. Two years later, they joined Hewlett-Packard in the same role. In 2003, they opened their own flower shop, A Bouquet to Remember, LTD., and grew sales from $20 to $170,000. In 2008, they returned to the Human Resources field at Control Solutions LLC as a Human Resources Director. Karen has been a Human Resources Manager at Integrated Document Technologies, Inc. (IDT) since 2017.

Karen Hampton received their Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management, General from National Louis University in 1992. Karen also holds an Associates Degree from the College of Lake County.
