Margie Cain has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. Margie started their career as an HR Generalist at LG&E Power Inc. in 1999, where they stayed until 2006. Following that, they worked at Getloaded.com as an HR Manager from 2006 to 2008 and then as the Director of Customer Relations until 2009. Margie then joined TransCore as an HR Business Partner & Compensation Manager from 2009 to 2011. After that, they worked at Altria Client Services in various roles, including Associate HR Analyst, Associate HR Service Specialist, and HR Analyst, from 2011 to 2014. In 2013, they also served as an Adjunct Instructor at Bryant & Stratton College. Currently, Margie is working at Integrated Global Services, where they have held positions as a Human Resources Manager since 2014, Director Global Human Resources since 2017, and Vice President Human Resources since 2019.
Margie Cain, GPHR, has a Master of Arts (MA) degree in Human Resource Development from The George Washington University, which they completed from 2002 to 2005. In 2008, they obtained a Certificate in Mini-MBA from the University of Richmond - Robins School of Business. Prior to that, from 1995 to 1999, they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Information Systems from Virginia Commonwealth University - School of Business. Margie has also received various certifications, including the Global Professional in Human Resources® (GPHR®) from HRCI in November 2017, the SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) from SHRM in November 2015, and the Senior Professional in Human Resources® (SPHR®) Certification from HRCI in November 2006. Margie has also completed the Leadership Development for Human Resource Professionals program at the Center for Creative Leadership.
