Nikesh Seth

Nikesh Seth has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Their most recent position was as the VP of Medical Economics & Analytics at Integrated Home Care Services, Inc. starting in 2023. Prior to that, they worked as the Senior Director of Data Science at Clearlink Partners from 2020 to 2023.

Nikesh also held significant roles at various healthcare organizations. Nikesh served as the Sr. Director of Analytics at Aetna, a CVS Health Company, where they created the analytics structure for the Community Care division and directed analysts in creating algorithms and reports for care management. Nikesh was also the VP of Analytics and Informatics at Citra Health Solutions in 2017 and the Director of Analytics at CareMore Health Plan, a division of Anthem Inc. from 2014 to 2017.

Before their roles in healthcare, Nikesh had experience in analytics and consulting. Nikesh worked as an Analytics Consultant at Florida Blue in 2013 and as a Manager, Analytics at Humana from 2008 to 2013, where they played a key role in establishing the analytics structure for "Humana Cares." Prior to that, they were an Associate Consultant at Willis Towers Watson from 2007 to 2008, a Pricing Consultant at United Healthcare from 2001 to 2007, and an Actuarial Analyst at The Hartford from 2000 to 2001.

Nikesh Seth holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Mathematics from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur. Nikesh also has a Master of Science (MS) in Mathematics from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette. In addition to their formal education, Nikesh has completed several certifications related to machine learning, including the Machine Learning Specialization, Unsupervised Learning, Recommenders, Reinforcement Learning, Advanced Learning Algorithms, and Supervised Machine Learning: Regression and Classification.
