Hulya Gunaydin

Hulya Gunaydin is a Monitoring and Evaluation Expert with extensive experience spanning over two decades in various capacities. Currently self-employed since January 2005, Gunaydin also serves as a Senior ROM Expert at Particip GmbH and as a Senior Result Oriented Monitoring Expert with INTEGRATION Consulting Group. Notable past roles include Deputy Team Leader at Eptisa Türkiye and Senior Evaluator positions with Ecorys and the International Labour Organization. Gunaydin's educational background includes an MBA in Political Science from Ankara University, a Master's Certificate in Development Economics from American University, and ongoing PhD studies in Political Science at Bilkent University, complemented by executive training at Harvard Kennedy School.
