Nick Randazzo

Nick Randazzo has a strong background in information technology and user support. Nick worked at Siemens as the Head of Technical User Support for North America, where they were responsible for providing technical support and improving user experience for Siemens Energy sites in the US and Canada. Prior to that, they served as the Head of Information Technology US at Siemens, overseeing end user support and business partner relationships. Nick also worked as an IT Solution Architect, specializing in mobile application design and support. Nick is currently working at Integris Group as a Service Delivery Director.

Nick Randazzo obtained an Associate of Science - AS degree from Five Towns College in 1998. In 2023, they obtained the AppDynamics Pre-Sales Black Belt certification from Cisco.
