Jenny Dupre

Jenny Dupre, SHRM-CP has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources. Jenny is currently working at Integris as the Director of Human Resources Financial Institution Division since November 2022. Prior to that, they worked at CalTech, where they held multiple roles throughout their career. From January 2022 to November 2022, they served as the Director of Human Resources, overseeing various HR functions and creating the annual department strategy. From March 2007 to January 2022, Jenny worked as an HR Manager, responsible for managing the employee life cycle, recruitment, training, and policy implementation. Before that, they held the role of Service Manager from January 1999 to March 2007, where they supervised technical and account management staff and handled payroll and employee interviews. Jenny's career in CalTech started in June 1995 as an Office Assistant/Office Manager. Overall, Jenny Dupre has extensive experience in HR, with a focus on leadership, strategy development, and employee management.

Jenny Dupre, SHRM-CP, completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology at Angelo State University from 1996 to 2005. Jenny obtained their SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) certification from SHRM in January 2015.
