Geoff Schroeder

Director Program Management Office at Integer Holdings

Geoff Schroeder has over 17 years of experience in program and project management in the pharmaceutical and medical device industries. Geoff began their career at Upsher-Smith Laboratories as an Analytical Development Chemist before moving on to PDL BioPharma as a Project Manager. In 2007, they joined Lutonix as a Senior R&D Program Manager and led the development and commercialization of a drug-coated balloon catheter. Schroeder then served as Program Director at Humanetics Corporation, overseeing the development of pharmaceutical programs and medical radiation countermeasures. Geoff joined Baxter International Inc. in 2014 as a Senior Project Manager and later moved to Baxalta, where they headed the Program Management division for the Brooklyn Park manufacturing facility. In 2016, they became Senior Manager of the Project Management Office at Takeda Pharmaceuticals following the site sale from Baxalta. Schroeder continued in a leadership role at Phillips-Medisize as the Director of Program Management, responsible for over 15 programs. Geoff'smost recent position is Director of the Program Management Office at Integer Holdings Corporation, where they manage a global team and drives growth in the Cardio and Vascular division.

Geoff Schroeder earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry from the University of Minnesota from 1994 to 1998. Geoff later obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Cardinal Stritch University from 2001 to 2004.
