Keith Birken

Keith Birken is a Project Engineer/Project Manager at Intek Plastics since April 2018. Prior to this, Keith served as a Technical Sales Engineer at NELA from February 2017 to April 2018, specializing in high-speed vision inspection systems. With a background in engineering spanning over two decades, Keith has held various positions at companies such as Red Wing Shoe Co., Andersen, Uponor, Condux International, and Minnesota Elevator, Inc. Keith's expertise includes project leadership for capital investments, redesigning rubber sole molding tooling, implementing multi-million dollar machinery, designing critical test fixtures, and developing innovative products in the engineering industry. Keith holds a Bachelor of Science in Engineering from Minnesota State University, Mankato.
