Lisa Santry started their career at Qwest in 2000, where they served as the Executive Regulatory Escalations Manager in the Customer Advocacy Group until 2010. In 2012, they joined IntelePeer as the Onboarding/Service Assurance Manager and worked their way up to become the Director of Account Management. Lisa has held various roles in account development and management within the company, showcasing their expertise in communication automation and improving customer experience.
Lisa Santry has pursued a Telecommunications Master Degree program at the University of Denver since 2015. Prior to that, from 2001 to 2011, they completed a Master of Business Administration at the University of Phoenix. In 2011, they also obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Management, General from the same institution. Additionally, Lisa Santry has acquired a certification in Unconscious Bias from LinkedIn in 2021.
