Michael Rapp

Michael Rapp has extensive work experience in various roles and companies. Michael is currently the SVP of Account Management at IntelePeer, where they focus on communication automation using Conversational and Generative AI. Prior to this, they held key positions at Interactions Corporation, including VP of Account Management and Customer Success, Director of Solution Delivery and Customer Success, and Project Manager. Michael also served as the Director of Professional Services at Mediu LLC and was a Managing Partner at Red Oak Marketing. Earlier in their career, they worked as a Senior Consultant at New Resources Consulting.

Michael Rapp attended Marquette University from 1993 to 1997, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Technology and Finance.
