Join us in building the future of the guest services industry! We're seeking an experienced and organized Sales Executive who will provide leadership across all sales verticals. Our ideal candidate is proactive and brings strong B2B sales experience in platform technologies in hospitality, residential, and related sectors. This role will also play a crucial role in supporting internal product strategy, marketing initiatives, and partner operations. Be part of our dynamic team shaping our next-generation platform.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop individual property relationships domestically and abroad for the purposes of signing new customer properties for INTELITY
  • Source, negotiate, and close B2B partners regionally, nationally, and globally
  • Work closely with marketing, legal, and executive team members to set and deliver on corporate goals
  • Assess the competitive landscape and institute changes to the sales program in response to competitors’ and client changes
  • Partner with affiliates to help build a referral network to build long-term relationship value
  • Report and help manage the company sales database, scheduling, and CRM functions
  • Assist in the preparation of company events and other marketing activities as needed

Job Requirements:

  • BS/BA in business, marketing, communications, or relevant sales degree area (MBA a plus)
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in direct or outside sales (B2B required)
  • Must have hospitality sales experience
  • Must have new business development experience (HUNTER)
  • Direct experience in sales management is a strong plus
  • Demonstrable experience in managing sales pipelines, databases and/or CRM platforms
  • Ability to prioritize, multitask, and perform effectively in a dynamic work environment
  • Ability to quickly grasp and explain technological and business concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Ability to navigate customer organizational structures to identify and build relationships with key executives and stakeholders
  • Strong proactive prospecting skills and excellent closing skills
  • Outstanding communication, presentation, organization, and time management skills
  • Flexibility to work across time zones
  • Willingness to travel 30-40% of the time, including international travel
  • Multilingual capabilities (e.g., Spanish, German) are a strong plus
