Mario James

Mario James has a diverse work experience spanning across different industries. Mario started their career at Flipkart as a Returns Analyst in 2012 and later moved on to work as an Apple Care Advisor at The Minacs Group in 2014. In 2016, they became a Senior Technical Support Advisor at Concentrix.

In 2018, Mario joined Forest Creative Communications Pvt Ltd as a Visual Communicator. Mario then worked as a Senior Visual Communicator at We Switched Studio in early 2020. Later in 2020, they served as a Creative Art Director at Horses Stable and as a Product Designer at iOceane.

From 2021 to 2023, Mario worked as a User Experience Architect at Milk Mantra. Currently, they are employed as an Interaction Designer at INTELITY, starting from 2023.

Throughout their career, Mario has also displayed their entrepreneurial skills by establishing their own company, Pixel Scientist, where they served as the Owner & Founder since 2012.

Mario James has a diverse education history with a focus on design and computer science. In 2016, they attended Imagin XP and obtained a certificate in Advance Design Thinking, specializing in Design and Visual Communications. The same year, they also attended Designerrs and earned a certificate in Human Centered Design Theory, with a focus on HCI.

Prior to their design education, Mario completed their Bachelor of Engineering (BE) in Computer Science at Visvesvaraya Technological University. Mario attended the university from 2010 to 2014.

Before their undergraduate studies, Mario attended Narayana Junior College in India from 2008 to 2010. There, they completed their Intermediate (IIT-JEE Coaching) in Computer Science.

In addition to their academic degrees, Mario has obtained additional certifications. In 2017, they earned a Certified User Experience and Customer-Centered Design certification from Designerrs. In 2016, they obtained a Certified User Experience Analyst (CXA) certification from ImaginXP.
