Nicholas Marcantonio

Nicholas Marcantonio has a diverse work experience in the biotechnology and pharmaceutical industry. Nicholas has held various roles at different companies. From 2000 to 2002, they worked as an Undergraduate Research Assistant at Princeton University. Nicholas then moved on to work as an Intern at Merck in 2001. From 2002 to 2008, they conducted their Ph.D. training in tissue engineering at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. After earning their Ph.D., they joined ClearView Healthcare Partners as a Senior Engagement Manager, where they provided strategic decision-making support to companies in the life sciences sector from 2008 to 2015. Nicholas then joined Agios Pharmaceuticals as the Director of Market Analytics and Decision Support, where they led market research and forecasting efforts from 2015 to 2017. Nicholas'smost recent role has been at Intellia Therapeutics, Inc., where they have held various positions, including Senior Director of New Products and Executive Director of Strategy and Portfolio, before becoming the Vice President of Strategy and Portfolio Management. In this role, they are responsible for leading the team in portfolio strategy, commercial strategy, and new product planning.

Nicholas Marcantonio holds a Sc.B. degree in Biomedical Engineering from Brown University, which they obtained between 1998 and 2002. Nicholas further pursued their education at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology from 2002 to 2008, earning a PhD in Biological Engineering.
