Lee Coxon has a strong background in IT, with experience in various roles. Lee started their career as an IT Systems Administrator at Bray & Bray in 2001 and worked there until 2014. In this role, they were responsible for developing and maintaining computer systems, including desktop and server management.

In 2014, Lee joined Intelligent Energy as an IT Technician II. Lee then progressed to become an IT Technical Delivery Lead in 2015, where they managed the technical delivery of IT services and took on the role of Change Manager for both IT and the ERP platform. In 2018, they became an IT Manager before transitioning to their current role as Head of IT in 2022.

In their current role at Intelligent Energy, Lee is responsible for designing and implementing an effective IT and ERP strategy that supports and drives the company's overall business objectives. Lee ensures cost-effective delivery, effective partnerships, and the use of key technologies to meet business expectations.

Prior to that, from 1996 to 1998, Lee attended Groby Community College for their A-Levels. Lee also completed their GCSE's at Groby Community College from 1992 to 1996. In addition to their formal education, Lee obtained the ITIL Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management from AXELOS Global Best Practice in June 2014.
