Anneli Douglas

Anneli Douglas, business development director, has come from an operations background and has responsibility for a portfolio of clients in the South West. Since joining Intelligent Office in 2003, she has gathered wide experience in client service and account management roles, as well as having responsibility for the launch of the Intelligent Services Centre in Bristol. Anneli’s key expertise is in redefining and streamlining client and matter inception, AML, PA, and legal administration processes, introducing digital workflows, and training front-of-house teams to participate in the promotion of clients’ brands and deliver an enhanced visitor experience. She and her teams thrive on delivering exacting work, delighting the clients, and creating service excellence for fee earners.

With over 22 years of experience in professional services and a postgraduate in Strategic Management, Anneli initially developed her structured approach to people management and her focus on continuous improvement, in the hospitality and marketing industries. For her, Intelligent Office’s role is to enable lawyers to focus solely on doing a brilliant job, each and every day.
