As Projects Director, Justine works across the onsite and offsite services, supporting the delivery of new implementations and special projects requested by clients. From her experience at HSBC and Top 30 law firm, Osborne Clarke, Justine brings a wealth of change management and operational knowledge. Coming from the client side, she understands the challenges of outsourcing and the need to apply more than just the best processes and technology to benefit from agile ways of working. She is passionate about creating true partnerships between clients and IO teams which are crucial to mutual success.
