Pat Fox joined as the Operations Director in January 2022 to support IO’s ongoing technology innovation, procurement strategy, and growth of the onsite document management services.

Pat brings a wealth of experience in operational management within some of the UK’s largest legal, corporate, and professional services firms, with a key focus on business growth, service excellence, and product development. He has a deep understanding of the challenges firms face and works in partnership with clients, building strong relationships, driving innovation, and introducing management solutions to help grow businesses.

A highly respected leader in the document management industry, he is known for his deep understanding of legal sector culture, with a particular focus on first-generation outsource projects within Magic Circle and Silver Circle law firms.
